Baylee Davis (she/her) is the Creative Director of kin•dom community. She graduated from Iliff School of Theology in 2023 and holds a Masters of Divinity with a concentration in gender and sexuality. Prior to seminary, she earned her BA in Psychology with a social sciences minor from the University of North Texas. In addition to her work with kin•dom, she works in music and communications at various United Methodist ministries. 

Baylee's role at kin•dom community encompasses social media and website curation, development of camp theme, curriculum, and music, and imagining space for folks to find meaningful community. 

Baylee is passionate about queer theology, being an enneagram 4, queso and Dr. Pepper, game nights, Untamed by Glennon Doyle, and being in the mountains. She lives with her fiancée and their two puppies in North Texas.

Thomas Riggs (he/him) has been on the staff of Synod of the PCUSA since February 2018 where is serves as Communication and Administration Coordinator. Before that, he served at First Presbyterian Church in Grapevine, Texas as Director of Communications and Director of Youth Ministries. 

Tom is a 30+ year veteran of church work in the Lutheran, Episcopal and Presbyterian churches. Tom has served at Camp Gilmont, Mo Ranch and various Presbyterian youth events. He also served as an Administrative Assistant at Grace Presbytery. 

Tom is married to Kasandra and they have four adult children between the two of them. Tom is an avid fan of the 2023 World Champion Texas Rangers and Arsenal Football Club.
